Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to consumer purchases from kenvareys, operated by KEN VAREYS LTD. It is additional to mandatory consumer rights.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Email support@kenvareysuk.shop with the order number and item being returned. Items must be unused, undamaged and returned with all supplied components. Trying on an item as you would in a shop is permitted.

Return address

Send approved returns to: KEN VAREYS LTD, 2 Market Place, Clitheroe, Lancashire, United Kingdom, BB7 2DB. Use a tracked service and keep proof of sending. Include the order number inside the parcel.

Return delivery cost

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the direct return delivery cost. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us before sending it so we can provide the legally required remedy and cover reasonable return costs where we are responsible.

Refunds

After the return is received and inspected, any refund due is made to the original payment method without undue delay and within the period required by law. Original standard delivery is refunded where required by mandatory cancellation law. Premium delivery upgrades, import duties and third-party clearance fees are not refunded unless law requires otherwise.

Condition deductions

We may make a lawful deduction where handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item reduces its value. This does not affect rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Cancellation notice

You may use the following wording: “To KEN VAREYS LTD, 2 Market Place, Clitheroe, Lancashire, United Kingdom, BB7 2DB, support@kenvareysuk.shop: I give notice that I cancel my contract for the sale of the following goods: [goods]. Ordered on / received on: [date]. Order number: [number]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” A clear email containing the same information is sufficient.
